Giving you direct access to your policy allows you to maintain it yourself – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The site allows you to do most of the mid-term adjustments that you would have previously asked a broker to do, and who would also charge you for the privilage. You will obviously have to enter the changes yourself but you’ll probably do it quicker than if you were sat waiting in the broker's telephone queue!
